Coronary sinus

Coronary sinus: Coronary sinus drains deoxygenated blood from the heart into the right atrium. Blood in the coronary sinus has the lowest oxygen saturation in the body as the heart muscle is continuously at work and extracts maximum amount of oxygen from the blood flowing through its blood vessels.
