If there is a clot in any of the chambers at one or more places it is called as clots within the heart.<\/p>\n<p>These clots can get dislodged and blood circulation can take it to any part of the body where it can block a blood vessel. For example, if it blocks a blood vessel of the brain, it results in stroke. If it reaches a relatively unimportant vessel, there may be no symptoms at all.<\/p>\n<p>Blocks within the blood vessels of the heart is due to deposition of fat over which a blood clot may form. A clot may totally occlude the vessel so that the region of heart muscle supplied by it dies off, resulting in a heart attack. This is when the blockage is sudden. When the block progresses slowly to completion, there may not be any symptom.
