Start with a light band and practice till you are comfortable before moving up.<\/p>\n<p>It is advisable not to hold your breath while doing strength exercise. Breath regularly \u2013 breath out when you push and breathe in when you relax.<\/p>\n<p>Exercises for all major muscle groups should be planned in a systematic manner.
