പുതിയ, കുറച്ചുകൂടി വലിയ അക്വേറിയം സെറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് കാണാം

ഇത് ഒരു നൂറ്റി ഇരുവത്തി ഏഴ് ലിറ്റർ അക്വേറിയം ആണ്. വാങ്ങിക്കുമ്പോൾ കൂടെ പത്ത് കിലോ വെള്ള മണൽ കൂടി വാങ്ങി. ആറു പ്രാവശ്യം വെള്ളം കൊണ്ട് കഴുകിയപ്പോൾ മണലിലെ പൊടി ഒരു വിധം പോയി. എന്നാൽ അക്വേറിയത്തിൽ ഇട്ടശേഷം വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ചപ്പോൾ വെള്ളം നന്നായി കലങ്ങി. കുറേ നാളായി സ്റ്റോർ ചെയ്ത് വെച്ച വെള്ളമാണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്. പുതിയ ടാപ്പ് വെള്ളത്തിൽ ക്ലോറിൻ അളവ് കൂടുതൽ ആണെങ്കിലോ എന്ന സംശയത്താൽ ആണ് അങ്ങിനെ ചെയ്തത്. ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി വെള്ളം നിറച്ച് ഇന്ന് രാവിലെയായപ്പോൾ വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ കലക്ക് കുറച്ച് കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒരു ദിവസം കൂടി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് മതി ചെടികളും മത്സ്യങ്ങളും ഇടുന്നതെന്ന് അക്വേറിയം സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്തവർ പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.

അക്വേറിയത്തിലെ ഫിൽട്ടറും, ഫൗണ്ടനും ഏറിയേറ്ററും ചേർന്ന സംവിധാനമാണ് ഇത്. ഏറിയേറ്ററിലേക്ക് വായു എടുക്കാനുള്ള പൈപ്പ് വാൽവ് തുറന്ന ശേഷം പുറത്തേക്ക് ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.

മുൻപ് വാങ്ങിച്ച ചെറിയ അക്വേറിയത്തിലെ ലൈറ്റ് ഓഫാക്കി ഓണാക്കുമ്പോൾ വർണ്ണങ്ങൾ മാറുമായിരുന്നു. പുതിയ അക്വേറിയത്തിന് അങ്ങിനെ കണ്ടില്ല.

Setting up a larger aquarium

This is a one hundred and twenty seven litre aquarium. At the time of purchase, I also bought ten kilos of white sand. Water that had been stored for a some time was used. This was done because of the suspicion that the chlorine level in the new tap water may be higher. After filling with water last night, this morning the water turbidity has decreased a bit. The people who supplied the aquarium said that plants and fishes can be added only after one more day for the turbidity to decrease.

This is the aquarium filter, fountain and aerator system. The pipe to take air to the aerator has been put outside after opening the valve.

It is a set of LED lights to provide light in the aquarium. There is an adapter to run them.

LED bulbs can be seen working. There are bulbs of many colors.

The colors in the small aquarium I bought earlier would change when I turned the lights off and on. The new aquarium did not seem to have that.

You can see the water in the aquarium being pumped out, filtered and coming back into the aquarium like a fountain.
