Just cut the shoots of the weeds and spread them as a layer of mulch on the garden soil. This will keep the soil moist in dry climate. If you are pulling out the weeds, cut off the roots and dispose or some of the weeds like grass will grow back if you use as mulching.<\/p>\n<p>Another way is to use weeds for composting. This will save you on the cost of manure for plants as well as improve plant growth.<\/p>\n<p>Still another method which may not be so environment friendly is to burn the weeds and use the ashes as manure. Ash contains a lot of potassium which is an important plant nutrient.
