കറിക്കെടുത്ത പുതിന ഇലയുടെ തണ്ടുകൾ വേസ്റ്റിൽ ഇടാൻ നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഇലകളുടെ കടക്കൽ ചെറിയ വേരുകൾ കണ്ടു. എന്നാൽ ചെടിച്ചട്ടികളിൽ നട്ടു നോക്കാം എന്ന് കരുതി. കുറെയെണ്ണം തളിർത്തു വന്നു. അതിൽ ഏറ്റവും നന്നായി വളരുന്ന പുതിന ചെടിയാണിത്. ഒന്നുരണ്ടെണ്ണം ഉണങ്ങി പോയി. മറ്റുള്ളവ തരക്കേടില്ലാതെ വളരുന്നുണ്ട്. താമസിയാതെ പുതിന ചെടികൾ വളർന്ന് ചെടിച്ചട്ടികൾ നിറയ്ക്കും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ!

When I was about to put the stems of mint leaves taken for curry in the waste, I saw small roots at the axils of the leaves. But I thought I would plant them in pots. Some of them sprouted soon. This is the best growing mint plant among them. A few of them dried up as well. Others are growing well. Let us hope that the mint plants grow and fill the plant pots soon!
