കൂർക്കക്ക് കൂട്ടായി വന്ന അതിഥി സസ്യം പറിച്ചു നട്ടു

മട്ടുപ്പാവിലെ കൂർക്ക ചെടിയുടെ കൂടെ ക്ഷണിക്കാതെ വളർന്നു വന്ന ഈ അഥിതി സസ്യത്തെ ഓർമ്മയുണ്ടോ? എല്ലാവരുടെയും പോലെ ഞാനും അത് വിൻക്ക റോസിയ അഥവാ നിത്യകല്യാണി ചെടി തന്നെയാണെന്നാണ് കരുതുന്നത്. പല നിറത്തിലുള്ള പൂക്കളുള്ള വിൻക്ക സസ്യങ്ങൾ കാണാറുണ്ട്. ഇത് ഏത് തരത്തിന്റേതാണെന്നും വിത്തുകൾ എങ്ങനെ ചെടിച്ചട്ടിയിൽ എത്തി എന്നും അറിയില്ല. പോട്ടിങ് മിക്സിന്റെ കൂടെ വന്നതാവാം എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. വിൻക്ക ഒരു ഔഷധ ഗുണമുള്ള സസ്യം കൂടിയാണ്. വളർന്ന് വന്ന് പുഷ്പിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ ചെടി അത് തന്നെയാണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പിക്കാം, കാത്തിരിക്കാം. കുറച്ചുകൂടി നന്നായി വളരട്ടെ എന്ന് വിചാരിച്ച് മറ്റൊരു ചെടിച്ചട്ടിയിലേക്ക് പറിച്ചു നട്ടു.

Remember this guest plant that grew uninvited with the Chinese Potato plant on the terrace? Like everyone else, I think it is Vinca rosea plant itself. Vinca plants are found with multiple colored flowers. I don’t know what type it is and how the seeds get into the pot. It seems that it may have come with the potting mix. Vinca is also a medicinal herb. If it grows and starts to flower, you can be sure that it is the same plant, let us wait and see. I transplanted it to another pot, thinking that it will grow a little better that way.
