The distance from the midline to the right cardiac border is increased, another feature of right atrial enlargement. Right descending pulmonary artery shadow is also a little prominent, suggesting pulmonary arterial hypertension.Correspondingly, pulmonary bay is obliterated, indicating mild enlargement of main pulmonary artery as well. There is straightening of left border. Overall features would suggest mitral stenosis with pulmonary hypertension.
