Tortuous corkscrew shaped retinal vessels are seen in coarctation of aorta [1].

The fundus finding in Takayasu arteritis is ‘wreath like appearance’. In fact original description of the disorder was by Mikito Takayasu, an Ophthalmologist in 1908 as wreath like arteriovenous anastomosis around the optic disc. This appearance occurs in a relatively late stage of the disease.

Roth’s spots are seen on the retina in infective endocarditis.
