On this ECG Quiz: Only a rhythm strip is given. Hence one should be concentrating on the rhythm analysis. Still any striking abnormality of the waves which can occur in lead II could also be looked into. For example, P waves are better assessed  in this lead. Hence abnormalities of P waves can be made out easily. QRS width can also be measured well in this lead.
