Left ventricular aneurysm and right pleural effusion seen on chest X-ray PA view. The left ventricular aneurysm is seen as bulge on the left border above the apex. There is mild right atrial enlargement and pulmonary congestion. The right costophrenic angle is obliterated due to pleural effusion, compared to the left costophrenic angle which is very clear.
