It is a shallower (LAO 40 degree) long axial oblique view with steeper (40 degree) cranial angulation. This view images the posterior aspect of ventricular septum in the atrioventricular (AV) canal region. The common AV valve can be visualised angiographically in this view. This view is also called the <strong>four-chambered view <\/strong>as both atria and ventricles are seen in four quadrants of this angiocardiographic view. Valvular regurgitation, LV-RA (left ventricle to right atrium) shunt and overriding or atresia of AV valves can be recognized in this
