It is the procedure of choice for symptomatic drug refractory HOCM, provided it is done in centers with adequate experience with the procedure.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>Reference<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">1.
