One port is connected by a drip set to the bottle delivering iodinated contrast dye. Second port is connected to the bottle delivering saline flush. Third port is connected to the pressure monitoring system through a pressure line extension. The dye injection syringe is connected to the proximal end of the manifold. Distal end is connected through an extension tubing to the valved connector at the proximal end of the catheter. Two port manifold can be used for coronary angiography.
