Lucky to Work FR4QF From Reunion Island on 15m!

Heard FR4QF calling CQ 15m on 21.240 MHz today evening. Soon I heard him working my old ham friend VU2MV, though I could not hear VU2MV, being in skip. FR4QF was heard loud and clear and I gave a call and got a prompt reply, though the signal report was only 5,2. I was quite happy because I thought that I had worked my first station from France. Checking qrz.com, I was more surprised, to find that he is from Reunion, an island in the Indian Ocean, which is an overseas department and region of France. Reunion island is located East of Madagascar and SouthWest of Mauritius. Distance from my location is 4207.7 km as per QRZ.COM.
