Can you guess whether the antenna elements have to be extended or trimmed?

This is the reading from ATU-100 antenna tuner when 40m antenna was tuned for resonance using the external antenna tuner. It is displaying the capacitance value and inductance value added during the automatic tunic process. The display also shows the power input to the tuner, power output to the antenna, efficiency and SWR after tuning. Can you guess whether the antenna elements have to be extended or trimmed to get resonance without the antenna tuner?
