Glad to be back on satellites after a long break!

My Moxon Yagi for low earth orbit satellite operations had gathered rust at the feed point and was not giving me good results. Few weeks back I brought it down and ‘serviced‘ it so that the functioning became better. Still due to multiple logistic reasons, I have not been able to return to FM satellites. Today there was a high elevation pass in my region and I positioned the Moxon Yagi with fixed elevation, towards the direction of maximum elevation of the pass.

Used Argentinian Amsat satellite pass prediction page for Doppler tracking. LU4CJP, son of LU7ABF had renewed the domain recently and the page was functioning well. Used the Doppler shift shown on the web page to manually tune my IC-2730A to the required frequency in steps of 5 kHz, which was the minimum in my radio. Frequency was changed when the displayed frequency was off by 2.5 kHz.

Here is the pass recording after removing some of the silent periods with just the hissing noise of the open squelch in the radio.
