How many of you are using SD2933 RF Power N-Channel MOSFET?

One of my ham friends told me that he is using an HF linear amplifier with SD2933. It is an RF power N-channel MOSFET. An interesting fact in the specification is that it is a gold metalized N-channel MOS field-effect RF power transistor, intended for use in 50 V DC large signal applications up to 150 MHz. Excellent thermal stability, common source configuration and a power output of 300W with 20 dB gain at 30 MHz makes it a great resource for building an HF linear amplifier. It has a thermally enhanced packaging for lower junction temperatures. SD2933 is being manufactured by STMicroelectronics and Indian distributor is DigiKey, with a listed price of just over 12,000 INR as on 31 October 2025. Seems to be less expensive than some of the LDMOS for HF linear amplifiers which my local friends have been discussing on the 40m band.
