Can we use this CPU cooler for ham radio projects?

This question is about the potential for recycling this CPU Air Cooler, to those great amateur radio homebrewers out there. Retreived this CPU air cooler made of aluminium and copper from the ‘recycle bin’ of my home. Looks too nice to be given away to the scrap metal dealer. I have been brainstorming for the past few days on what potential use it could be for my ham radio projects. Having left ham radio home brewing decades back, I am unable to find one. That is why I have put out this question here.

Currently my homebrewing is limited to antennas for HF/VHF/UHF ham radio applications. Earlier also, I have not homebrewed radios with high power RF transistors as they were not available here. I have used 807 vacuum tubes which were rated for 40 W. They were cooled just by air circulation in the relatively larger cabinets. There was no cooling fan either and they could tolerate relatively higher temparatures. My IC 2730 VHF/UHF dual bander has aluminium cooler fins outside, but much smaller in form factor compared to this CPU cooler. Those cooling fins are thicker than these and would provide lower surface to mass ratio.
