Adding Extra Wire Length for Loaded Coil Dipole

I had been wondering about how to add extra length of wire for tuning the 20m segment of my 80/20m loaded coil inverted V dipole antenna for tuning. I think I had overshot the resonant point while trimming the 20m segment as the SWR was 2.5 at the lower end of the 20m band and 1.6 at the upper end, both being tunable with built-in automatic antenna tuner of my FT-710 radio. It was then that SP3RNZ gave me the suggestion as comment that extra length can be added to the 20m segment by hanging down an extra piece of wire at the junction between the 20m elements and the loading coil. I have implemented it here as you can see.

This is the mounted view of the antenna with the extra segment of 20cm wire hanging down at the junction between the inner element of the antenna and the loading coil. There was a difference in the length between the two sides for the inner segments of 15 cm, due slight errors during each trimming, which had added up. I added 20cm to one side as I had a spare spliced piece. SWR was 1.6 at upper end of 20m band and 2.25 at lower end of the band after adding this extra hanging piece. I will take down the antenna again tomorrow and add a small piece on the opposite side and see how the resonance changes. Currently it has SWR above 5 on 30m and is not tunable. 80m band still shows HI SWR.
