Installing plugin to connect Gpredict to SDRSharp

Trying to install a plugin to connect satellite tracking and radio control software Gpredict to RTL-SDR software SDRSharp. May be I can call it a ”successful failure”? I could watch the ISS pass on Gpredict software, but failed to get the radio control work on RTL-SDR.
