Checking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qrz.com\/db\/FR4QF\">qrz.com<\/a>, I was more surprised, to find that he is from Reunion, an island in the Indian Ocean, which is an overseas department and region of France. Reunion island is located East of Madagascar and SouthWest of Mauritius.
