I had homebrewed a delta loop antenna for VHF. Delta loop antenna has a higher feed point impedance and typically needs a 4:1 impedance matching transformer. As I did not have one, I used a quarter wavelength of 75 ohms cable as the matching section. With that VHF delta loop antenna, I could comfortably access local repeaters, have one contact through the crossband repeater of International Space Station and receive good SSTV images from International Space Station, both during high elevation overhead passes.
