It quite rare these days to get such low levels of noise on HF. The default here is S9 level of noise. When I check on 160m band with 80m inverted V dipole, I get even 9+30 dB noise. What I have noted is that resonant antennas will also pick up more noise. So if I had a 160m dipole, I could have documented 9+40 dB or more of noise!
