I got this from my collection for making a Morse Code practising oscillator using 555 timer IC. Value of this capacitor is determined from the three digit code &#8216;103&#8217; printed on it. First two digits (&#8217;10&#8217;) indicates the significant figures of the capacitance value. Third digit (&#8216;3&#8217;) indicates the number of zeros to be added to get the value in picofarads (pF). So the value is 10,000 pF which converts to 10 nanofarads (nF) or 0.01 \u00b5F (microfarads).
