Booming SSB signals on 12m with my revised loop antenna with ladder line!

I was tuning around with my revised full wave loop antenna for 40m to check performance on other bands. So far I had not seen SSB signals on the waterfall display of my radio with previous antennas on 12m band. So I was not sure whether it was local noise signals when I saw a couple of singal bands on the waterfall looking like typical SSB signals. Tuned in to the first one on 24.935 MHz. That was an A71 station calling for Europe and North America. So there was no chance for me!

While I was listening to that station, I could see other signal bands on the waterfall. Tuned in to 24.965 MHz. I could hear A71AE several times. Other stations on that frequency were not that strong. It seemed like A71AE was trying to break through a pile up possibly of some DXpedition. I was quite happy to see good reception on 12m with my revised full wave loop antenna for 40m with homebrew ladder line. The loop antenna is a continuation of the ladder line with no joint in between, being made from a single 60m long wire. Balun at termination of the ladder line was a homebrew 4:1 balun, running into 183 cm of HLF 200 cable going to the shack. A homebrew common mode choke and ATU-100 antenna tuner were also in series for tuning.
