Did I hear BI8SCC (2908.5 km) during 8:42 UTC pass of Space Station on 19 July 2025?

I was listening to an Eastern pass of International Space Station with my Moxon Yagi turned to the East, looking for some station from Thailand region. Suddenly I think I heard BI8SCC, much farther than that! I have heard the same station a few days back as well. Both times I was not able reach up to that station. Soon after that I could hear the Morse Code beacon of ARISS announcing NA1SS.
