Easy BITX has started giving output, but…

Today I found out that the coax connection to the PCB had a break in the central conductor. Repeated tilting of the board to see reverse side for testing could have strained the solder joint! Soldered it back and then I could get output indication in the LEDs connected to the dummy load. Power output of about 3W was seen in ATU-100 but SWR was 9.99, with inverted V dipole connected. SWR was intermittently 1 and 0 with dummy load connected. Power reading was lower with dummy load than while testing with antenna. There was no significant change in power output with modulation. Wonder whether the output I got is due to self oscillation in some stage? Received audio quality was also not good.
