Easy BITX Troubleshooting: Step 2 BFO

Read online that CLK1 of Si5351 in the Raduino board of Easy BITX generates the BFO signal and CLK0 the VFO signal. VU3EBS had already mentioned that the BFO signal will be around 10 MHz. Today morning I could not pick up that signal, possibly because it was not strong enough to reach my 40m loop antenna outside. In the evening I tried a different method. Opened the Easy BITX cabinet and kept a 50cm RG58 patch cable from the antenna connection of FT-710 just inside the Easy BITX cabinet. That worked very well. I could get a strong beat note around 9995.6 kHz. The BFO frequency did not change when I tuned the 40m or changed to 20m band in Easy BITX.
