Setting Gate Bias in IRF510 of Easy BITX

•Still no output detected at the dummy load with LED indicators or when connected to external power meter and antenna!

•LCD display showed increase in ‘S Meter’ readings during modulation.

Unanswered Questions

1.Is the extra current drain during modulation in pre-IRF510 stages?

2.If IRF510 is not functioning, how did total circuit current drain increase when gate bias voltage was increased from zero to just below 4V?
