Exercise found to reverse the effects of heart failure

Regular exercise can help reverse the effects of heart failure. Researchers in Germany found that exercise can help in the growth of new heart muscle fibers and blood vessels, thus increasing heart function.
Heart failure is a condition in which the heart cannot pump blood effectively to the different parts of our body. It can be caused by high blood pressure, disease of the heart valves or blockage in a blood vessel supplying the heart.
