A video clip of an echocardiogram demonstrating regional wall motion abnormalities in multiple views is shown here. Naming of various segments in standard echocardiographic views is also illustrated. Wall motion abnormailities in the form of hypokinesia in the territory supplied by the left anterior descending coronary artery are evident.
