Which part of the heart is affected by the following coronary branch occlusions?

Left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD): anterior wall of left ventricle and interventricular septum

Left circumflex coronary artery (LCX): lateral wall of left ventricle; sometimes posterior wall of left ventricle (if the LCX is dominant – dominant coronary artery is the artery which crosses the crux of the heart i.e. Junction of interventricular and interatrial grooves posteriorly)

Obtuse Marginal (OM): lateral wall of left ventricle

Right coronary artery (RCA): right ventricle and inferior wall of left ventricle; sometimes posterior wall of left ventricle (if RCA is dominant)

Posterior descending coronary artery (PDA): posterior wall of left ventricle
