Valve area should be less than 1.5 cm2 and there should be at least 50% loss of the initial gain in valve area.

What is the significance of reverse tick sign in digitoxicity / digoxin effect?

It is seen in leads oriented to dominant ventricle only in digoxin effect; seen also in the leads over non-dominant ventricle in digitoxicity.

What are the types of rings used for tricuspid annuloplasty?

Reduction in tricuspid annular size can be achieved using Carpentier ring or semi circular de Vega ring
