Taussig Bing anomaly is DORV with subpulmonic VSD and high pulmonary blood flow with pulmonary hypertension, with aorta to the right of pulmonary artery.
If the catheter passes from RV into the descending aorta, there could be VSD, PDA or AP window. Closed loop catheter position in PDA, open loop in others.
