Catheter tip can occasionally slip into the conus branch during right coronary angiography. As soon as this is recognized, the injection of dye should be stopped and catheter promptly withdrawn. Otherwise ST segment elevation in right precordial leads suggestive of Brugada like ECG pattern can be seen, sometimes leading to ventricular tachycardia or even fibrillation.
