Chest X-ray supine view with pulmonary congestion

Chest X-ray supine view with pulmonary congestion, in acute anterior wall myocardial infarction with left ventricular failure. Scapulae are seen partly in the lung fields and the fundic gas bubble is not seen, both features of supine film. Even though there is apparent cardiomegaly, it cannot be commented upon in a supine film due to the magnification which is seen in this view, compared to PA view in erect posture.
