Dilated aorta on contrast enhanced CT scan

Dilated ascending aorta seen on contrast enhanced CT scan of thorax in coronal section. Aortic sinuses of Valsalva are also seen. Right brachiocephalic artery arising from the aortic arch is also visible. Liver and part of biliary system are visible as the scan has extended below the diaphragm. Cross sections of ribs are seen on either side. Lung images are not visible because of the window setting for cardiac images.
