Echocardiogram in Tetralogy of Fallot

Flow is predominantly blue in colour because it is away from the transducer kept at the parasternal region. Right ventricle is an anterior structure and aortic root is relatively posterior to it, and hence the anteroposterior flow depicted in blue colour.
