Radiocontrast has been injected into the right subclavian artery using a catheter introduced by the right femoral arterial route. Right vertebral artery is seen coursing up from the right subclavian artery. Right internal mammary artery is seen coursing down from the subclavian after the origin of the right vertebral artery.

RIMA angio is needed when we are planning total arterial revascularization harvesting both RIMA and LIMA. It is also needed when the LIMA has been used during the previous coronary artery bypass grafting as in this case. In this case injection of the left subclavian artery had shown that the LIMA is occluded.
