What are the symptoms of heart disease?

Chest pain with or without undue perspiration, breathlessness, giddiness, fatigue and edema are some of the important symptoms of heart disease. Heart disease can be totally without symptoms also. In congenital heart diseases cyanosis is also an important symptom. Palpitation is an important symptom of heart rhythm disorders, though the commonest cause of palpitation may be just anxiety.
