i think anser is rise in pressue in aorta because it happen inly after opening of semilunar valve and z wave occure just before closing of mitral valve means before begening of isovolumetric contraction.
z wave is usually taken to be the end of diastole and hence the farthest point after the previous QRS. Actually it will correspond to the beginning of the next QRS and in that sense could be considered nearest of the points to the next QRS as well!
