The atrial rate is faster than the ventricular pace and there are no capture beats so this is 3rd degree AV block. There are no atrial pacing artifacts, so at this time the pacemaker is pacing only the ventricle and is acting like a single chamber pacemaker. The QRS complexes have a LBBB morphology because of the pacemaker in the right ventricle.
c
“C”
Single chamber pacing
B
D
Isingle chamber pacing with RV electrode.
Underlying rhythm is it wenkebach ? There is progressive prolongation of PR interval..
C
Complete heart block

Correct option.
P waves are dissociated, suggesting complete AV block.
Correct answer
The underlying condition is complete heart block. But the current rhythm is single chamber pacing from right ventricular apex.

There is AV dissociation. Pacing spikes are seen only before the QRS complexes. It is complete heart block with single chamber pacing from the right ventricular apex – left bundle branch block pattern with left axis deviation of QRS complexes.
