Idiopathic VT

Those with non diagnostic abnormalities on MRI also included in idiopathic VT.
Sites of origin of idiopathic VT: fascicular VT, outflow tract VT, perivenous VT – in the branches of the coronary venous system, aortic cusp VT.
Ablation from the aortic cusp need not mean that it is originating from the aortic cusp as the depth of the lesion may extend beyond the aortic cusp.
While ablating aortic cusp VT, it is mandatory to do a coronary angiogram and delineate coronary anatomy and the aortic cusp before ablating.
